Philip M. Gulisano is a founding member of the law firm of Burden, Gulisano & Hickey, LLC. He is a trial attorney whose focus is the defense of corporations and municipalities against catastrophic personal injury claims, primarily in the areas of trucking and transportation law, product liability, construction/labor law, premises liability and municipal law. Mr. Gulisano handles cases in State and Federal Courts throughout New York.
Mr. Gulisano makes himself accessible to his clients on a 24 hour basis, as evidenced by his commitment to the firm's Emergency Response Team, which is a team of attorneys, field adjusters, accident reconstruction experts and other professionals available on a 24/7 basis to represent trucking and transportation industry clients whose vehicles have been involved in accidents across New York State.
