Jonathan S.
Hickey is a founding member of the law firm of Burden, Gulisano & Hickey, LLC. He is a trial attorney who focuses his practice defending catastrophic personal injury cases in the areas of trucking and transportation negligence, products liability, premises liability and labor law accidents as well as handling a wide-variety of commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Hickey is committed to understanding the industry of the clients he represents and he knows the value of providing prompt and efficient service to them. Mr. Hickey is also available at a moment's notice to protect his clients as a member of the firm's Emergency Response Team which is a team of attorneys, field adjusters, accident reconstruction experts and other professionals available on a 24/7 basis to represent trucking and transportation industry clients whose vehicles have been involved in accidents across New York State.
